I'm Edward Digby, and Empower EPC is my own practice. I'm a fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and qualified PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor, based near High Street Kensington and covering West and South-West London — from Kensington and Chelsea to Chiswick, Richmond and Clapham.
You deal with me directly from booking to certificate. I carry out every assessment myself, explain what's driving your rating, and give honest, practical advice on improvements that are actually worth doing.

How it works
- 1. Book online. Choose a service and preferred date for an instant indicative price.
- 2. Site visit. Typically 30–60 minutes for a flat or house, longer for larger or retrofit surveys.
- 3. Report and lodgement. EPC certificates are lodged and emailed fast. Improvement recommendations are explained plainly.
